Do not rent here!!!!!
I have been renting here for the past three years while attending ASU. During that time, I have watched the office representatives change repeatedly, while the condition of the property and the level of customer service have continued to decline. Unfortunately, the attitude of the office staff has become increasingly rude and unprofessional.
The final straw was when my loaner vehicle was towed after I had only had it for less than five hours. I was understandably upset about the situation, as… anyone would be. I immediately contacted the towing company, and they told me that if someone from the property office contacted them, they would release the vehicle.
I contacted the office and explained the situation, but despite having the opportunity to resolve the issue, the office staff refused to assist me. I spoke with multiple representatives, including Esteban and others, and they all refused to make the call to the towing company.
After being a resident for three years, I am extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but the complete lack of willingness to help a resident—especially when there was a simple way to resolve the situation was unacceptable.
This experience has unfortunately confirmed what I have been seeing over the past several years: the property has deteriorated, and the customer service has declined significantly. Residents deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, and that has not been my experience here.Review from Apartments.com
