Would not suggest renting here.

I lived at this apartment complex since Sept 2024 and ended my lease early because I did not not feel that this was a place I could see myself living in for any longer. The apartments themselves are tiny, and are bad quality in general. The floors scratched, appliances stained, and there is a pest problem. The location is awful, I would suggest visiting the location before signing a lease. I would also suggest looking at the specific unit before signing a lease as well. Overall I would say that... the price is decent for what you get but truly would not rent here unless you absolutely have to.

Unanswered Maintenance Requests/Apt. Not in move-in ready condition Apartment was not ready or in move-in condition. Still waiting on maintenance requests to be filled a day and a half later. They just don’t seem to be on top of it, or care.

Lack of maintenance You don’t need a key fob to enter the building because nearly all the doors are broken. Homeless people are getting into the parking garage.
