Maintenance Always an excellent experience! We just referred friends here that are moving out of state and were excited to say they’re going to be our neighbors! Anytime we have submitted a maintenance request. They are literally there the next morning to fix things and in this particular instance even found one additional thing that needed to be repaired and did it for us! We just love the service we receive! I have lived in this complex since 2007 and don’t plan to leave anytime soon!

Request for refrigerator repair I submitted my maintenance request on a thursday night and called to confirm on friday morning and within minutes there were 2 maintenance people at my door and my repair was complete in less than an hour. And 1 of the maintenance men removed a tack strip that was a tripping hazard without being asked. Thank you all very much for your prompt response.
