Stellar service I tell you what! Every time I turn in a maintenance request they are literally there within the same day or the next morning if it’s in the evening! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such excellent maintenance support! Definitely love my community!

Shoreline Seamless Service This is an older property - but you couldn't tell by the way the property looks and feels.

I recently moved into the apartment complex and its been a great experience from day one. The office staff - Yadira is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is quick to respond to inquiries and helpful when something just isn't making sense or working.

Upon move in there were a few items that needed to be addressed. The maintenance staff responded quickly and took... care of any and all of the issues that were noted.

The community itself is clean and well manicured. No piles of trash near the dumpster. The grass is well maintained and the residents clean up after their pets. There aren't any bells and whistles (that you'll never need or use) that cost extra amounts of money. Just a nice, clean complex with friendly and helpful management.

Pest Control Technician arrived promptly. When he was almost finished, he knocked on the door and asked if there was anything I needed. He sprayed around the back side and was gone. Nice work and a very professional technician.

Maintenance Always an excellent experience! We just referred friends here that are moving out of state and were excited to say they’re going to be our neighbors! Anytime we have submitted a maintenance request. They are literally there the next morning to fix things and in this particular instance even found one additional thing that needed to be repaired and did it for us! We just love the service we receive! I have lived in this complex since 2007 and don’t plan to leave anytime soon!
