Nice interiors and Resident Functions
Ok, so I am new to Caya, but I have to say that I am loving it so far. It was a long process of finding a place that was within my budget and located in the area I wanted. However, I think I have found a winner. Their interiors a wonderful and modern. The common areas are charming and shaded and the resident functions are sweet! If you're looking for a place to call home, check out the CAYA.

Great location and place to live
Near plenty of popular places to eat and shop. 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Love the pool. New appliances in the home.

Nice quaint and quiet community
I lived here for just over a year and recently renewed after the building was sold and new management came in. They immediately gave me comfort that they'll professionally manage the property and stress a sense of community. They are planning an Americana Memorial Day BBQ and plan to do monthly community events going forward. I now highly recommend this property.
