I have been living in these apartments since 2019, and during the first few years the experience was good. However, in the last two years the maintenance service has become very neglected.
When you send emails to report damages or issues in the apartment, they often do not even respond. When you go to the office in person to submit a maintenance request, several days can pass without any follow-up. It is very exhausting to have to keep going back to the office just to push them to address your... request.
I believe management should improve communication and response times for maintenance, as this is a basic expectation for residents who pay their rent on time.

Helpful and informative
Alex at Seventeen 805 was helpful and explained everything about the leasing process. Nice area and apartments. Grounds were well maintained, and units are spacious and clean. Not to overpriced either.

Don't do it
Look elsewhere , the place is a dump. Used to be a great place until Trinity took the place over. Machines in laundromat NEVER WORK, people at the pool all hours of the night, mngt. does nothing .Dog excrement every where u look. Very, very, very, poorly run complex.
