Resident 1142 Calista Management has made significant and commendable improvements to the property. The addition of a pickleball court, the newly revamped gym, and the noticeably cleaner and well-maintained pathways have greatly enhanced the overall living experience. These upgrades reflect a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and community quality. As a further enhancement, it would be wonderful to see the inclusion of a basketball hoop within the property. This would provide an... additional recreational option and appeal to a broader range of residents. Overall, the recent improvements are highly appreciated, and we look forward to seeing continued enhancements in the future

BLACK MOLD NEVER FIXED
One of the worst places I have lived. The dishwasher was broken and moldy water. I sent in service orders never addressed. I said we have black mold they came and painted over it. I will be taking them to court since they sent me another bill after I moved out. The BLACK MOLD is a health hazard. Topping of it all we had zero air conditioning for two weeks we told them and never address it. My daughter is pregnant and we had to move out early over it.
