Dangerous quality, lazy management
Little to no attention has been given to the of units here at Camden Montierra, based on our experiences and what we hear from neighbors. We have lived in two different units, due to terrible water roach issues which was ignored by management with excuses after excuses. Both units showed clear signs of poor plumbing and terrible cabinet installations. One top cabinet was barely hinged, and upon opening it the heavy cabinet door snapped out and dropped on my foot. It is clear that these units... have been neglected of proper maintenance.
When we reached out to management regarding our concerns, they simply wanted to argue and focused on winning the argument. This management staff must be rockstars in their bosses eyes, given that they are able to maintain a high occupancy rate with little maintenance costs at the expense of safety and basic living standards.

Oasis in the Desert
In the heart of Scottsdale - newly renovated gated apartment living...resort-style pool area with high end grills and outdoor dining area plus two workout rooms.
