Been living here for almost 2 years and it’s been great so far! Location is prime! Never any problems with neighbors or management. I appreciate that they keep the grounds clean. They recently upgraded the gym and refurnished the pool area with new furniture. Had a friend move in with me and get on the lease and the process was very smooth. 10/10 would recommend living here!

A combination of apartment size, location, amenities and reasonable cost have kept us at Ten Wine Lofts for over 6 years now. Every time our lease comes up for renewal, we talk about moving, but we always seem to conclude that we love the lifestyle we have at Ten Wine too much to make a change.

10 Wine Lofts Is it quiet modern Apartment community With a great location in Old Town Scottsdale.
dog friendly, Spacious units many have extra large balconies . Elevator makes it easier When using the gated underground parking. lovely pool is well maintained. But the reason this Community is outstanding it's because of the Management on site. Andrea and her team are extraordinarily responsive.
They are unobtrusive but know exactly what is going on and respond immediately to any concerns.
