Credit Score:
650–800: Approved, standard deposit
600–649: Conditionally approved, 1.5x deposit
530–599: Case-by-case review, 1.5x deposit if approved
529 or below: Denied

Income: Verifiable monthly household income of 3x rent ($1,500/mo minimum regardless of the rental rate)

Rental History: No evictions or housing-related judgments within the last 3 years

All occupants 18+ must submit an application with a non-refundable $65 application fee

PET POLICY
1–2 pets under 50 lbs each permitted, subject to pet screening approval.

All applicants (including non-pet owners) must complete pet screening at Fee: $30 for pet owners, no charge for non-pet owners.

Pet fees based on FIDO score (1–5):

Score 1: $500 deposit + $30/mo pet rent
