The Casita has its own private entrance. It’s on the same property with a separate house which my wife and I are living in. You will have your own separate entrance and private yard and also a shed that you will have full access to for more storage. Driveway parking is available and the home is in a residential neighborhood on a quiet street. It’s well lit and safe to walk our dog at night. My wife and I are working professionals in our early 30's. We have a small dog who is very friendly. We are both clean, quiet and easy-going.
