great place Really happy with my choice to move in to San Marino. So far it has exceeded my expectations in terms of my apartment, the management team, and the maintenance personnel. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this property to anyone, its a gated community with a walking path that goes right through it, the gates get stuck every other month, all the sprinklers will spray all the concrete making it super slippery and dangerous, and the office will not respond to call or emails regardless of what its about. cars are constantly getting broken into and the security that they hired doesn't do anything infact I've never seen any security here.
