The full-sized refrigerator is available for storing meals or keeping beverages cool. Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a barbecue or lounge on the patio set. Guests have access to the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and outdoor hot tub. A personal ski/snowboard locker is available for storage in the underground parkade.
Underground parking is available with one parking spot per unit, and outside parking is also available. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one if needed. An optional Guest Damage Protection policy is available that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000.
Silver Rock is centrally located in Fernie, a town known for its beautiful mountain scenery and outdoor activities. It is a short drive from the town of Fernie, where visitors can explore a variety of dining options, shops, art galleries, and cultural attractions. Silver Rock is in close proximity to Fernie Alpine Resort, one of the top ski destinations in the Canadian Rockies. In the summer, the resort transforms into a hub for mountain biking and hiking. The Elk River and surrounding mountains offer numerous opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am, and any complaints may result in a minimum fine of $200. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. A surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub area is currently undergoing renovations, and construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so guests may experience construction noise during these hours. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. If you have any kind of allergy please reach out prior to booking. [SI]
