I love this community and the staff. Everyone is kind and prompt! The community always stays clean and communicates very well if any changes are to come about. I’ve been here for about 5 years and I love it I recommended anyone to live here.

I lived here for one year and had a terrible experience . They charge outrageously at move out. They do petscan even if you dont have pets or no pets have ever visited your apartment and say that you have pet urine on carpet and make you pay 700 dollars for full carpet replacement. GOODLUCK RENTING SUCH PLACE WHOSE MANAGEMENT ARE OUTRIGHT LIERS.

I lived here as a college student. This community is more of a family complex. There are SO MANY children, which isn't bad. But after a late night, screaming children outside my window at 8am wasn't my favorite. Over all, the complex is clean and beautiful. The office staff are super nice and always willing to help you out. Maintenance staff always say hello as you walk by, some even like to have conversations with you. Which I actually like. Rent is a little high, but that's the price of Chino... Hills, I guess.
