This experience has not been what I expected, particularly for a residence marketed as luxury living. The building is consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Hallways are not being vacuumed, floors are visibly unclean and rarely mopped, and the baseboards—especially near the main entrance—are chipped with exposed wood. The front door frequently remains unlocked, and when it is locked, the key fob system often fails to function, which raises serious safety concerns.
Tenants regularly leave... lamps, shoes, and trash outside their doors, and there appears to be no enforcement of community standards regarding the appearance of the building. There are also residents with three pit bulls in a single unit, which is against stated policy and explicitly prohibited.
Communication with the office has been extremely frustrating. I often have to go in person to get answers because phone calls are not returned. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed office staff ignoring incoming calls entirely. In a customer service–based business, providing responsive and professional communication should be the standard.
Additionally, I have been given information on several occasions that later proved to be inaccurate. As someone who works in a management role, I can confidently say that this company is lacking in two critical areas: honesty and positive relationships with tenants.
At this time, I would be embarrassed to recommend this property to others unless there is significant improvement in both customer service and building cleanliness. This does not feel like luxury living—it feels like the opposite.
