Worst Greystar Property
I am just two days shy of living here for two months and I need to get OUT! Caution and read the reviews because it’s true this place is horrible. The staff do not respond there is a major lack of communication and overall they just don’t answer.
I am trying to break my lease which requires a 30day notice but they can’t even respond to my questions in regard to what the cost breakdown looks like with due dates. Instead I was advised to sign the 30day lease break notice and discuss the... financials later with the property manager. Who in their right mind would sign something without knowing what they are agreeing to financially. Time is of the essence and I just want to move out.
This is just the latest issue. There’s also a nightmare of a parking situation where they work with the rudest tow company scamming extra fees (yet claim they are clear about the tow policy during leasing which they aren’t and have to send constant emails notifying tenants of said tow policy). Onsite patrol doesn’t answer calls goes straight to voicemail. Security gates never work. Literally had more than 8 police vehicles within the complex searching for a gun that someone tossed around the property. Roaches galore. Constant leaks and the list can go on.
