Stevens Creek Village Apartments

Very dirty environment. A tenant who lives facing Stevens creek does not walk their bulldog and just holds the leash far enough so their dog has just enough room to pee and poo right outside the unit. They do not even come out with the dog to pick up the excrement. Years of poop are dried and caked along the walking path in front of the complex and all along the bushes and trees.
