The grounds are kept reasonably clean. The carpets should be cleaned more often and the mail room is a problem. The door has been broken for several months and there is always an excuse why it hasn’t been fixed. Packages are often left on the floor of the mail room instead of the lockers we pay for.

Esperanza Duarte Station was welcoming and supportive at a time when my life had literally fallen apart. The stress of surviving the Eaton Fire and figuring out how and where to begin pulling my life together was heavy. The staff support and compassion as I walked in with the close on my back and a rental car because I lost everything (house and car) in the fire. You will forever be the best part of my survival journey because you were the first step towards recovery.

Clean and shiny. But underneath the hood it's a mess-- equipment continually fails, from locks to gates to the EV chargers. And the mail area is constantly overflowing with packages and I've even had a package stolen.

Living here after the fire has helped during this difficult recovery process. The staff have been an amazing support system. I’m able to focus on the restoration and not worry about my temporary long term housing.

The community overall is nice and of course so many beautiful dogs. The main reason my wife and I enjoy living here is the Office Staff, they are friendly with smiles on their faces’, we feel they know us, and are always there to help us. My wife and I are victims of the Eaton Canyon fire, Letty and the other staff have helped us feel comfortable in our new home during this difficult time.
