Slum Lord, and roaches.

The location is great. The apartment is by Bus stops, Downtown, and fairly close to BART. Sadly this is the only thing going for it.When you move in you will find that the apartment was not painted, has the same carpets from previous tenants that are nasty, and is half cleaned. You will still pay a deposit. Nothing will ever be fixed including major leaks (faucet, and ceiling). You will also be living with roaches. The neighbors have no consideration for you and will party outside your front... window.
