I have been in my unit now for two weeks my overall experience with the management team. Dia and Macy were extremely nice and helpful with assisting me with any questions and even a second walk-through of the unit, just to ensure that I made the right decision and answered all of my questions. They are very communicative even after my move-in and I appreciate the management team! ????

There is no insect screen on the balcony door this is very important

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to enjoy fresh air while keeping insects out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a balcony door screen. While our apartments do not currently come with... built-in insect screens, many residents have found success with easy-to-install options available online, such as magnetic mesh door screens.

I made an appointment and received 3 emails confirming the time. When I arrived at the property, no one is in the leasing office. I called the number on the tour instruction and kept getting hang up.

The issue arose due to a previous appointment that ran longer than expected, which unfortunately caused a delay and impacted your scheduled time. While I did receive... confirmation emails and had you properly scheduled, the overlap led to a gap in coverage at the leasing office. I also apologize for the difficulty you had reaching someone by phone during that time.

Overall so far I'm happy,,, however there isn't enough light in the living room. I don't know if I can replace the existing bulbs with LEDs that are brighter?
