a well maintained gem

Legacy at Westwood is truly luxury living—beautifully designed, exceptionally maintained, and in one of the best locations on the Westside. The amenities have always stood out, and even years after moving out, they remain memorable.

I lived at Legacy a few years back, but I recently drove by and was reminded of how well-kept and impressive the property still is. It’s rare to see a building maintain that level of quality over time, and it speaks to strong management and genuine pride in the... community.

If you’re looking for a great location, great amenities, and a property that actually delivers on the promise of luxury, Legacy at Westwood is a standout.

Renter beware

The following are things that happened during my tenancy:

1) I'm having to engage in a small claims suit to get my security deposit back
2) I was attacked by the same dog in the hall multiple times. Complaints to management had no observable effect.
3) I was charged double rent and told to "just wait until next month for the credit to be applied"

The best to live on the Westside

The building has the best location in Westwood and comes with 24/7 Valet. The staff are the building are all very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Great Bldg, Great Amenities, Great Staff....

I very much enjoy living at The Legacy At Westwood - I needed to share how amazing this bldg is and how well the staff treat the residents - every morning I look forward to interacting with Dina, who has been consistently professional, courteous and most pleasant each and every day. She not only assists me with my packages, vehicle, food orders, asks me if I need anything and much much more. Also, Clavel is an absolute pleasure and also offers to assist with anything I need. I also, am very... appreciated to Nestor and Pedro who are excellent maintenance staff. I know it all starts with a great manager, Manny and assistant manger, Alexx. All these dedicated professionals attend to anything needed and this contributes to making my stay very enjoyable Thank you for having a great staff for helping so much and who sincerely care. The Legacy at Westwood is the place to be!!!

Life at the legacy

Life is wonderful at the legacy. Mostly because of the assistance of two great employees. Michael and Pedro Gonzales. They make my stay wonderful.
