I’m moving into Modera Hollywood tomorrow and so far, everything has been great. The leasing team was super helpful, and the building looks beautiful with top-notch amenities. The location is unbeatable, and my apartment has a great layout and finish. Excited to move in — I’ll update once I’ve settled!

I love living here! All of the workers are nice and accommodating. The building is always clean and tidy. I also love all of the amenities, especially the pools!
