I love living in this building! The amenities and the management office are amazing. One detail that I would enjoy is to have a steam room in the gym. Maybe it can be considered? Otherwise, the building is maintained very well! Great job Modera Hollywood!

I have been here a year now and love the staff, community, and what the building has to offer in comfort and style. I do wish there was a theater room instead of a karaoke room, I think it would get a lot more use.
