The best thing about this place is the location you have Whole Foods directly across the street and restaurants in walking distance to both Encino and Sherman Oaks. You also have the Galleria in walking distance, and the 101 and the 405 is immediately accessible. The building needs updating. I don’t believe it’s handicapped accessible, which is weird because I thought that was required by law. The building unfortunately is very loud I live on the second floor. But I don’t think it’s loud for the… people who live on the penthouse floor. I think it’s mostly due to the design of the building, but I hear dogs barking people in the hallway, talking doors slamming from the stairwell door and the trash room door, which is not even that close to me, but obviously close enough for me to hear it. I also unfortunately hear whenever the people above me or next to me, run their water and it’s very loud. It typically wakes me up every morning. The apartments have wood floors and nice appliances, but the workout room is way too small. The lounging pool is nice, no hot tub or steam room. There’s an outdoor terrace area with a bbq on the penthouse floor. The management is very nice and typically on top of it. They could do better security. My E bike was stolen from the secure garage shortly after I moved in, so obviously the garage is not that secure. Overall I’d give it a six out of 10. Read More

The building is nice, staff members are wonderful, and it’s a great location but there’s a lack of community among tenants. There is room for improvement in the amenities but overall a good living experience.

Great community with a clean property, friendly staff, and a smooth move in experience. The building is quiet, well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. Very happy with my new apartment so far. Highly recommend!

The agents were very nice and helpful. They had quick responses to any questions I had regarding the apartment. The maintenance was very quick to resolve any issues we had as well when moving in.
