Living at Axis for the past 4 years has been great. It's clean, safe, and the amount of amenities offered to us is amazing. The workers are so nice and welcoming too. However, I do hope that there is more maintenance on the drainage system in the future because my kitchen sink has overflowed 5 times due to the pipelines being connected throughout 7 stories, so if there's one clog, we all have a clog. Otherwise, Axis has been a wonderful home and I would highly recommend it to others.

Apartment is nice! They def fixed the previous issues like the trash bin. New gym is super nice and an upgrade. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is getting a little loud tho with recent parties or concerts.

Nice and cozy building. The crews are efficient, handling issues fast and nicely. It doesn’t take long for the application to be approved. Once approved, the friendly pre-move in list provides all the things that I need to do, and it really made the process easier

There’s No Place Like Home

I was one of the first residents at Axis when it opened in 2018 and had what I truly believe was the best unit in the building. The only reason I left was to purchase my own property. Now that I have a new job in Downtown LA, I came straight back and I could not be happier.

The location is a hidden gem: quiet and peaceful yet walkable to great restaurants, coffee, and entertainment. The amenities are top notch and the building is always impeccably maintained.

Then...
there is Dennis. Six years ago when I first lived here he was at the front desk, and it was such a wonderful surprise to come back and find him still here, now as a leasing agent. It feels like reconnecting with an old friend. He is warm, incredibly helpful, and goes above and beyond every single time. He makes you feel like family, not just a resident. The entire team is responsive and genuinely accommodating.

I lived here, left, and chose to come back. That says everything.
