It’s located in one of the safer and cleaner neighborhoods in DTLA (South Park). While it may not be as fancy or luxurious as some of the newer high-rise apartments in the area, it’s very well maintained and the rent is reasonably priced.

My move in was SO easy. Carlos was so welcoming to me and my dog and helped the movers reserve an elevator so they could efficiently unload! The other building staff has also been incredibly friendly and I feel safe entering and exiting the building. Super excited to live here!

its nice but the gate being worked on every other week is annoying. but nice place. packages are secure. parking situation is alright. sometimes too full.
