Been living here for 2 years. Its a very nice location. Love that staples center is right across the neighborhood. Also regal LA is a nice walk for movies. No current complaints for now. Would continue to live here if price is right.

I like alot of things about living here, but I also think for how much rent is and how they nickel and dime you for every thing, it could be better. There should be assigned parking that's included first of all, but if they are going to charge a whopping $130 a month just to park safely at your already expensive apartment, it should be assigned parking so everyone has a spot and there doesnt need to be an issue about whether or not a car is parked in there that shouldnt be. You also wouldn't… have to worry about not having a spot when you get home cuz you have un reserved parking.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here previously and had a much better experience, but this time has been awful. The construction is terrible. I hear footsteps and neighbors at all hours, and my unit ACTUALLY SHAKES when people walk upstairs. I lost weeks of sleep and was offered only a measly credit. My previous unit had a roof leak they apparently still cannot fix and is now used as a model unit, which makes me seriously question the overall construction quality. I spent about $10,000 moving in and… may have to move again. I offered to stay if they moved me to a top-floor unit, but they offered no rent discount or help with moving costs. There is no assigned parking and only ONE handicap space. My food was repeatedly stolen, management offered no real help, and I had to create my own solution by having deliveries left at the front desk, meaning I now haul heavy bags upstairs despite back pain. Ridiculous guest rules, poor security, poor construction, and no meaningful solutions.

While I do not have all of the details regarding your previous residency at Axis prior… to my tenure as Community Manager, I regret that your experience fell short of expectations. We are, however, pleased to welcome you back to the community.

Regarding the noise concerns following your recent move-in, there were several neighboring homes moving in, along with your upstairs neighbor moving out at the same time. While some of the activity was considered typical day-to-day living noise, I understand the frustration associated with any excessive or disruptive noise. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, which allowed myself, our Security Manager, and the Security/Concierge team to respond and address the concerns throughout and particularly during quiet hours.

As far as your inquiry for a transfer, we are also pleased to hear that you would like to continue your residency at Axis and would be happy to assist with arranging a transfer to another home. I will reach out to you directly to discuss next steps.

For guest access, I would also like to clarify that, for the safety and security of our residents, anyone requesting access to a resident's home must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. This requirement applies to residents' guests, couriers, and vendors, regardless of whether they are listed on an approved guest list.

I also appreciate you bringing the parking concern to our attention. Once notified that a vehicle was parked over the line, our team contacted the resident, who promptly repositioned the vehicle and the resident apologized for any inconvenience caused.

Regarding your delivery, I regret that it was not left at your doorway as expected and was happy to follow up as discussed in my correspondence on 8/23/26. With that said, since that correspondence, our Security Manager has advised that you have been utilizing the Concierge Desk for deliveries, and I am pleased to hear that this arrangement has been working well for you.

Living at Axis for the past 4 years has been great. It's clean, safe, and the amount of amenities offered to us is amazing. The workers are so nice and welcoming too. However, I do hope that there is more maintenance on the drainage system in the future because my kitchen sink has overflowed 5 times due to the pipelines being connected throughout 7 stories, so if there's one clog, we all have a clog. Otherwise, Axis has been a wonderful home and I would highly recommend it to others.
