I generally appreciate the engagement and effort of the staff at Alta O'side and I believe they have the best interests of the residents in mind. I do believe that the maintenance of the property ( to include the pet impacts) have been an after thought with no sustainable plan to implement. From the floors in the amenities, to the carpet, garage pollution, and parcel room, things are in general disrepair.

Great place to live!

Moving to a new place can be stressful, but Alta O'Side makes it easy. Michelle was incredibly kind, taking the time to provide a comprehensive introductory tour of the community, which made me feel confident in my decision to live here. I had never seen the place before I moved in, and I can confidently say I am not disappointed at all.

Terrible dirty rotten management

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!! The hallways smell of urine and dog poop. Fire alarm issues non stop. Very bad sound proofing we can hear everything. People smoking pot non stop. Management takes thinh6s way too personal with no accountability. Everything is terrible
