Great place to live!

Moving to a new place can be stressful, but Alta O'Side makes it easy. Michelle was incredibly kind, taking the time to provide a comprehensive introductory tour of the community, which made me feel confident in my decision to live here. I had never seen the place before I moved in, and I can confidently say I am not disappointed at all.

Terrible dirty rotten management

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!! The hallways smell of urine and dog poop. Fire alarm issues non stop. Very bad sound proofing we can hear everything. People smoking pot non stop. Management takes thinh6s way too personal with no accountability. Everything is terrible

Michelle, the leasing agent was so knowledgeable and made me feel really good about my decision to live here. It can be scary coming from literally across the country to an area that you don’t know much about but she has been wonderful.
