Alta Oceanside

I love living at Alta side. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and everything about it feels luxury. Most of all I love the staff that attends to everything. The management is great and goes above and beyond. I’m very happy here and we’ll stay for many years

I have lived at this beautiful place since they opened a year ago. Initially I was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the ocean from every window. I recently moved to a smaller unit, and I still have the ability to walk to the ocean right around the corner. I can walk to all the many Oceanside restaurants and the harbor. I absolutely love where I live.. all the units are a little different from each other so everyone can have their own unique experience. My new apartment has the most... beautiful outside area with a deck that’s 22 feet long. The resident manager Deborah helped me with this recent transition and she has been absolutely amazing. She is kind thoughtful and was extremely helpful and made my move so easy. The amenities in the building are wonderful . There is a top floor community area, where you can barbecue , view the sunset over the ocean or just sit and visit with your family.There is a clubhouse , a pool , weight room And locked parking. I feel very safe. . There’s a parcel room and a kiosk at the entrance where you can allow delivery passes for delivery or your guest to enter. I feel very blessed to be here. The maintenance team is very responsive and I’ve had very little issues in that department. I love my new place. I love that I get to live where most people vacation. Large floor plans (albeit inefficiently designed with much wasted space) but in a building that will rapidly deteriorate. If you wish to live at a location close to Camp Pendleton then this complex might be right for you...if you live here for just a few years. Built with utmost economy, one can see the cost cutting at every turn: no overhead lighting (or wiring to place your own) where not demanded by code, uneven flooring, poorly applied paint, sloppily done trim work. The community amenities... are nice, but this place seems to be a building that will deteriorate rapidly. Hopefully, the cashflow from the nonbudget rent will afford the owners room to make continual capital expenditures. Lee mas

Alta Oside is a fantastic place to call home! The community offers a wide range of amenities, with the pool and gym being my personal favorites. Everything is always clean, well-maintained, and ready to enjoy.

The office staff and maintenance team are exceptional. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Deborah and Raymond, in particular, go above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service. Their dedication makes a big difference and truly enhances the... living experience here.

The location is another huge plus—just a short walk to the beach and downtown Oceanside, which makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

I highly recommend Alta Oside to anyone looking for a vibrant, well-managed community near the coast!

just moved into this building on the 5th floor and it has been a great experience so far, everything that needs addressing has been handled immediately by deborah and raymond. Best customer service and accommodations out of any apartment ive been at they are both the definition of above and beyond
