I have had pleasant interactions with the cleaning crew.
I am not impressed with the staff and management at pierside South.
We were not allowed into the apartment until after the lease was signed.
Once the lease was signed, the management team refused to respond to emails or phone calls.
I was told, to my face by management, Tyler specifically, that a document had been given to my wife. This was unequivocally untrue. When she asked him for the document herself, Tyler, made my wife stand outside... the conference room while he, literally, fluffed pillows and changed the TV channels. After 15 minutes he took the back way out and my wife had to go from nd him at the leasing office. Unacceptable behavior by any standard.
