So far, living in this community has been a really positive experience and a great new start for me. I’ve enjoyed having access to the amenities around the complex, and the overall environment has felt welcoming and comfortable. The community staff has been professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile when needed, which I really appreciate. Maintenance has also been very prompt whenever something comes up, which makes everyday living a lot easier. Overall, it’s been a good experience... so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing to settle in and enjoy being in my brand new home.

I love living here!!

I love living here! It’s a lovely place and so clean, and very spacious and the communal areas are stunning. It’s got everything you need!! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming!!

Resident at Alta Merita

We have been here for 6 months and enjoy the wonderful atmostphere, wonderful people and wonderful staff. When we had problems with washer machine but once we asked for a repair, the staff came very quickly! Also, we enjoy the pool ,spa and gym. Its very cozy, warm and comfortable. It makes us feel very at home. When we come across Jewel and the staff, they're always smiling and very friendly making this a wonderful home!
