The billing department is unacceptable. They do not respond to messages in a timely manner about your billing account and by the time they do respond, you have now been charged late fees. Being expected to blindly make payments and face consequences for asking for clarification. Charging the back utilities without a sufficient system has made paying rent a nightmare. The front office also does not seem to have all of the information to assist with this when the billing department is being... difficult. This hassle is heavily weighing toward me not renewing my lease.
