The community overall is good, but I’d say be on top of the maintenance workers as they seem to lack a bit on their abilities to fix jobs.

Great place to live. Maintenance and landscaping are excellent as well. Office staff and the maintenance crew (Frankie and Crystian) are always there to assist you as needed. Very easy to work with.
