They taken long time when you do maintenance request plus fitness rooms is tribal only one or two equipment work it been broken for one year no one cares.

Lived here for about 3 years and the only reason why we didn’t leave sooner is because of the cost of rent. My biggest complaint is how long it takes them to complete work orders. We would wait sometimes for months to get appliances fixed or issues addressed. Sometimes they would even say they came and did it but no one ever actually came. In the meantime you will see maintenance driving around the apartment complex in their golf carts seemingly doing nothing. Also they say they enforce parked… cars staying in spots without moving but there were multiple cars that did not move and stay covered taking up a spot so good luck to those of us who got off work late because you will not have a place to park when you get home and are forced to either park on the street or in the future resident parking but beware, they will tow you even if you live there. They do not have the curtesy to look up your license plate and ask you to move your car first. They started fixing our balcony due to rot. They tore it down and said it would be finished in a few weeks. It remained half way down for months and still never got completed when we left. However, I drove by the other day and sure enough they have people working on it now that we are gone and they want someone else in that apartment. They seem to be very unorganized and unable to actually do their job. Wait forever to get anything fixed. They suck at communication. Staff is ALWAYS changing - makes me worried about why the company can’t keep employees. The place is quite literally falling apart. Patios. The hot tubs are always broken. The sidewalks are almost ALL cracked because of the trees. Laundry rooms are DISGUSTING. honestly it’s just ghetto. Illy maintained and managed.

My apt is nice, had a details that I reported when I moved here but no body answered that but I figured out, the ladys in the office are nice, with exception one, but the rest are nice people, right now im glad to be here the only complaint that I have is, if you rent an apartment for two or more people, minimum have to include 2 private parking spot for this 2x2 apartment, or if not, have the option to pay an additional for that.
