requires effort to work with team It's been mixed experience. In general helpful. Patiently shown across property. explained details.
Did not get consistent experience though. You get a feeling they work on their own priorities and interests. You have to wait. Don't get a feeling of customer at least during sales cycle.
I was told about unit availability date differently by different people. Unit I rented Balcony is not ready but online it shows i can rent immediately. Unit 221 shows ready... but when asked I was told not for 3 weeks. Calling them on phone and getting connected is very challenging. Responses on email have been fairly good.
