Overall experience is good. Maintenance team quick. They will come to resolve issue in a day or two. However, leasing office staff is never available even during office hours. Rest is fine.

So far I’ve been liking the apartment, the community seems friendly and welcoming. I do wish the the gym was slightly bigger. But overall nice

good! can do better. so far not much issues. rent seems reasonable compared to other communities in this area. bath tubs are better than others

So far so good! Staff were kind and helpful. I recommend the verdant to be your next home! Particulary, I was mesmerized by tons of parking spaces.
