Embark Apartments

The apartment is nice and amenities are great. I wish some of the other residents would actually follow the rules and respect the community more though.

Amazing amenities. And also bonus is I have a great view from my patio. I had very smooth moving experience inside the community. Very helpful staff from leasing center.

It’s a great place to live, with excellent management and facilities. The management staff are incredibly kind, and whenever you need help, they are always available and supportive

After spending a year here, I would still say the team is awesome. However the cleanliness and holding residents accountable for trash and smoking could use a little more work. Since living here I’ve seen trash and trash cans outside of doors, in violation of the rules provided. I can tell no one is being fined due to the continuous behavior. Hallways smell bad, ironically except for by the trash room(that scent is lovely). There has been this brownish slime on the windows for months & recently... a dead roach was chilling in the hall for about 2 months. Cigarette smoking has kicked back up in the stairwell. Elevator consistently smells like pet urine and isn’t cleaned for days. Starting to feel like living in a ran down motel. This is no problem of the property, but can’t open windows because the train smoke comes in and piles of black dirt builds up. Absolutely still love our apartment layout. Read More
