Working with the leasing team has been a pleasant experience and my new neighbors have been so nice and friendly. The amenities are amazing and kept very clean. 850 on the Avenue is by far the best place to move yourself and/or family to.

Needs bigger parking spots you can barely get in and out without hitting other cars, needs better gate system homeless are always on property in trash dumps, needs to be cheaper rent

Everything is pretty good here. We had a tough time with the application process to get in here at first but everything worked out & hopefully our application will be renewed to stay here a bit longer.

The is place is great location close to downtown and all major freeway. The staff is very friendly and kind. The maintenance tech is very knowledgeable. The community is always clean and very well kept. I would definitely recommend this is place! If you are looking to live in the West Sacramento areas, this is the place for you!
