#1. SUFFICIENT INCOME.

Your monthly income must be at least 3 TIMES the amount of the rent for the rental you are applying.

Your income must be stable and expected to continue for at least the term of the projected lease, which is usually 1 year.

#2. GOOD CREDIT RATING. All applicants are subject to background and credit check.

NOTE: Our formal application fee is $50.00, and it is Non-refundable. Our office contracts the screening services with "TransUnion Credit Services". Applications are taken in the order they are received. Note: If you pay for the formal application, you may request a copy of your credit report, and it will be given to you.

#3. RENTAL HISTORY. You need to provide evidence that you have been able to maintain a "similar" rental (as what you are applying for) in good standing. We will need written verification of rental history from your current landlord.

Sufficient Income, credit rating, financial responsibility and rental history will be evaluated and considered.
