At first glance, the Champions Apartments website was user friendly and showed exactly where the available units were located on the map. The tour was super informative leaving me without having to ask many questions really. From start to move in, everything was above my experience with other Apartments I had toured. The community has been friendly as well, no disturbances.

With the first visit for a tour to now, I have nothing but good things to say about Champions Apartments. The staff is super friendly, answer all the questions you have. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities offered are great.

I like living here. The neighborhood is really pretty and green, the rent is fair, everyone in the leasing office is friendly and helpful, the maintenance completes repairs in 24 hrs, the amenities are great (I still wish we had a separate workout room just for online workout classes to jump and dance and don't bother the neighbors, or even better - workout classes organized by the leasing staff using online classes - so we get to know the neighbors and make friends while working out!)
I... love the view from my large balcony and love my garage! They replaced my old toilet bowl, and sink in the bathroom and the bented dryer in like a week. That was really great and I really appreciate it that! I recommend living here.

My husband and I have lived here for 7 years. We have been treated with continual respect, have never had a problem with the office staff, have always had our maintance requests done in a timely manner and if something needed to be rescheduled we have been properly notified (this hasn't happened much). The maintenance staff are wonderful (we normally interact with Brandon and Kevin. Both make us feel warmly welcomed while out in the community). We continue to renew our lease, because of our... ongoing experience with the staff and frankly you can't beat the sq footage of our apartment. We love living here and depply appreciate how we have been treated while living here!

The leasing team and maintenance team are the best of any apartment I’ve lived at. Roh and Fabian in the leasing office are always friendly, greet me by name, and are quick to address any issues. The maintenance team are responsive, kind, and resolve our issues quickly.
