Parking is tough tight spots, parking lot is constantly needing maintenance and pools malfunction regularly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that parking and amenity availability have a significant impact on your experience, and we're sorry to hear we haven't met your expectations in those areas.
Our community has... undergone several parking lot improvement projects recently to address long-term maintenance needs, and while these repairs can be inconvenient, they are intended to create a safer and better-maintained property for our residents. We also know how frustrating it is when our pool amenities are unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected equipment issues. Our team works closely with our vendors to complete repairs as quickly as possible and restore access whenever issues arise. We are fortunate, however, to be able to offer 2 pools at our community, which allow for residents to still enjoy one of our pools while the other is being maintained.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve. If there's anything specific you'd like to discuss, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.

My experience living at Vue21 has been exceptional, and I am highly satisfied with everything this community has to offer. The cost of living relative to the spacious square footage of the apartments provides an incredible value that is hard to find elsewhere.The entire complex is consistently kept clean, immaculate, and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to come home to every day. What truly sets Vue21 apart is the people. The office staff is consistently amazing, welcoming, and... helpful, and the maintenance crew is incredibly fast and efficient. I couldn't ask for a better community. I highly recommend Vue21 to anyone looking for a perfect place to live.

Living at Vue21 has been an exceptional experience. The community highlights the best of apartment living, starting with an incredibly helpful leasing staff and expert maintenance team, who handle everything with total professionalism. The entire property is kept beautifully clean and peaceful. Combined with resort-style amenities and an unbeatable location near the best spots in Colorado Springs, it truly feels like home.
