Dirty, loud, and unwelcoming
Coming from the perspective of a young couple who were trying to save some money on rent. Would include photos if I could. We lived in the ABC building- do not live here, the cheap rent is not worth it. They added a mural and EV charging outside, but paid no attention to things actually concerning residents. Our apartment faced the parking lot, and we couldn’t sleep most nights because of loud music and yelling. The inside is filthy and there’s constantly trash in the elevator and hallways. We... were rarely able to do laundry on our floor because of broken machines, the trash room was covered in roaches (we put in multiple requests to have the rotting food cleaned, all they would do it sweep). There’s loud kids running through the halls. Kids used a bottle of honey to cover our hallway floors and resident’s doors. We caught a kid breaking glass in the back lawn where we take our dogs. The pool is unusable due to the constant parties, loud music, and kids running and screaming. The grass areas are filthy and covered in dog poop and trash. My car window got busted out parking on the street directly in front of the building, along with the car in front of me. The leasing staff do not want to be there, and are not helpful. When asking about incorrect charges after move out, we were told “our fees are our fees” and that Dylan was unavailable although we heard him in the background telling her what to say (that’s actually what prompted us to finally leave a review). Save your sanity and live at Alta across the street if you’re looking for nice, cheap apartments in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We take concerns regarding cleanliness, noise, safety, and maintenance very seriously. While we do make ongoing efforts to... improve the community — including property upgrades and routine servicing — we understand that these improvements did not align with your experience, and we regret the frustration this caused. We are only a team of 8 with 4 being office staff and 4 being onsite maintenance staff. While we do try our best to keep up with everyone there is really only one dedicated position of grounds keeper to picking up trash around the property which has 321 units.
Our team responds to service requests as they are received and works to address issues as efficiently as possible. We also encourage residents to report noise disturbances, safety concerns, and common-area issues directly so they can be handled in real time.
Regarding move-out charges, all fees are assessed in accordance with the lease agreement. If you would like to discuss these fees further, please feel free to contact the leasing office.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We wish you the best in your future home.
