I love it here!
I moved to IMT Lowry a little over a month ago and I can honestly say I am very happy here! This complex is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful. My move in went smoothly with the help of the office staff. The leasing ladies are so sweet and the maintenance/grounds are the best I have ever experienced. The pool is also very nice and clean every time I use it. Dakota, the maintenance manager, was very knowledgeable and professional and got my work orders completed very quickly. So far,... I’ve had nothing but a great experience.

Team work
I live at IMT Lowry and our AC recently stopped working. It was during a weekend, and after hours. I had to call the emergency maintenance line, and they called back in less than 5 minutes. Dominic was onsite and can to help on a Sunday evening, which my family and I were very thankful for. Dominic provided us with a portable AC unit for the night and assured me that they would get back to me first thing Monday morning to troubleshoot and diagnose the AC unit to my home. Dakota called me first... thing Monday morning and had Joe come over to my home for the diagnosing. The team made me feel at peace knowing that they were working on solutions, especially during these hot summer months. Thank you to the entire IMT Lowry team, including Charlie and Greg in the office, for helping give my family and I peace of mind that we are being taken care of.
