I’ve lived at the Fitzgerald since October of 2025, I absolutely love living here and I’m so grateful that I found them! I moved from NYC out to Colorado and everyone was most helpful in helping me choose an apt even though I wouldn’t be able to tour it in person. It’s a beautiful building and maintained at the highest standard, everyone has been so kind and respectful of your privacy, I hope to call the Fitzgerald home for years to come.

I’ve lived at the Fitzgerald for just about a year and it’s been amazing. The staff is friendly and on it and the people living here are friendly and for the most part keep to themselves. Inside the building it is quiet and clean. Everything I wanted in an apartment building.

I’ve only been living here for a month, but so far it’s great. Ryan was amazing helping me with my application process and got me my apartment quickly since I had a move-in deadline. Maintance comes very quick. Overall great experience so far.
