The Fitzgerald has been a perfect decision for my partner and I. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are top-tier. I was extremely impressed with the maintenance team and their ability to respond to any of our needs very promptly. If something was wrong they would also give us daily updates, which is very helpful.

Beautiful views and modern finishes. Fairly quiet in comparison to the city houses outside. staff up front and super sweet and helpful. Residents all seems mature and kind and there are plenty of spaces to get away without leaving the building.

Management is great.
Fetch is a horrible way to receive packages. A place this nice should have a package locker, it’s a joke.

I’ve lived at the Fitzgerald since 2023 and have nothing but RAVE reviews! I chose to build my life at the Fitzgerald solo and I’ve never felt more at home. Starting with the staff, they have always stopped what they are doing to hear any of my concerns or to simply just chat about life. They are always on top of any maintenance issues I have had, which has not been many, and they always have the best energy even if the situation is not ideal. As for the rest of the Fitzgerald, I absolutely LOVE… my apartment. I’ve made it feel like home and most importantly have always felt safe as a single woman. I love the location - yes there are hiccups like any city life but overall love the sounds of the city!

My number one thing I love about the Fitzgerald as a resident is the communication. Almost always there is an email updating the residents about what to expect if there are issues in the building, what events are coming up, and so much more.

I’ve truly never lived at an apartment that is this attentive to the building, residents needs and keeping a happy community!

I’ve lived at the Fitzgerald since October of 2025, I absolutely love living here and I’m so grateful that I found them! I moved from NYC out to Colorado and everyone was most helpful in helping me choose an apt even though I wouldn’t be able to tour it in person. It’s a beautiful building and maintained at the highest standard, everyone has been so kind and respectful of your privacy, I hope to call the Fitzgerald home for years to come.
