High Level Maintenance Team

I recently moved into the Quincy and had questions about mounting my TV as well as adjusting the intensity of our freezer temp. Elijah helped out right away and provided help and advice for both very quickly. Super nice and fun to chat with.

Friendly + Great Amenities

We have lived at The Quincy for several years and love it. All the shared spaces (pool, gym, common room) are very nice and clean. The the front desk and maintenance staff are all very friendly and helpful, special mention to Daxter and Elijah who have assisted with issues super quickly!

Great place to live!

The Quincy is such a gem in the heart of downtown Denver. All of the staff and maintenance team are all great and on top of everything you need. Very modern, luxurious feel to the building with a great community.

The Quincy is wonderful and The Staff/Team are the best I've ever had

I have enjoyed living at The Quincy more than I can even express in a review. The experience here is exceptional, and that is specifically due to the staff. I can’t explain how much this team truly cares about the residents and their families.
I have to give a huge shout-out to Daxter from the maintenance team. We had an issue with my freezer's ice machine that we thought was minor, but it ended up requiring six hours of work on the lines. Instead of just putting a "Band-Aid" on the problem to... get it over with, Daxter took the time to ensure everything was fixed correctly. He kept coming back to check on the progress and even returned the following day to make sure all the water filters were replaced.
That is the definition of going the extra mile. If you’ve ever moved into a nice building only to be let down by the service, know that is definitely not the case here. I highly recommend living at The Quincy.
