Top tier friendly staff

The staff has been absolutely amazing and diligent to take care of all of your concerns and needs. Whether it is a small question or a bigger request it always feels like your concern is theirs and they are willing to help you in doing anything to see it through. Jillian and Alexis are always wonderful friendly faces to see and their smiles always feel so reassuring. I look forward to staying here for a long time.

Quiet and well cared for

We have been here almost 3 years and have never had a problem with management. They have been kind and helpful.

Very helpful and professional maintenance crew

My AC unit had a blowout transformer, so I submitted a ticket as usual. Not 30 min later the apartment maintenance crew came by to check out my AC and brought a window-unit AC for me while he was ordering a new one which came 2 days later. Igor and Kenny was very professional and provided detailed notes of what they did to fix my AC. it's a small gesture but they really took their time to communicated with me. Thanks guys!

Best I’ve Had

I’ve been living at Lucent BLVD for almost a year now and have had a great experience so far. One of the biggest standouts has been the leasing office team — they are genuinely friendly, professional, and helpful.

The community itself has been impressively quiet, which I really value, and the location is extremely convenient with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. The property feels well-managed and thoughtfully maintained overall.

The only minor qualms I have are minimal at… best. Some of the appliances are showing their age — for example, the dishwasher doesn’t always dry fully — and the gym equipment is somewhat limited and older. That said, these are very small points and don’t detract from the overall experience.

Overall, Lucent BLVD has been a great place to live, and I’m very happy with my decision to move here. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, well-located, and professionally managed apartment.

There was a mild leak in my apartment due to the upstairs water heater and Kenny was helpful and took care of the problem.
