It’s so sad to watch your home slowly rust away. We once had a great and caring staff, now that’s no longer the case. Be ready to be left on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be spoken to in a demeaning manner. They speak of friendly but there is never a smile. During the floods they didn’t care and failed to take responsibility for any damages even though they failed to properly secure the pipes,boiler room, plumbing, and other appliances. This place is absolutely disgusting. I feel so sorry for my friend who lives here. They wait until after Memorial Day to start working on the pool, which is completely torn up and under construction. The apartments themselves smell horrible and are extremely dark, dingy and depressing. Even the staff (with the exception of a maintenance gentleman) are rude and belligerent… there are so many better options out there do yourself a favor and do not rent from these people.

Newly acquired echelon group works in mysterious ways, they completely did a 360 on the place remodeling everything even though we all know that it’s all going to increase property value, it will be all put against tax, including utilities, yet they turn around and charge everyone “community “ fees like the trash, water, sewage, building electricity like your Parking lot light, your hallway lights, the gas the building uses even though they can’t even show you any overall bills and even a... “service fee” for breaking all those charges up any adding them to your rent? Oh let’s not forget forced renters insurance oh and empty promises, they tell you something will happen with replacing stuff and at the end they just send stuff to get fixed, I mean it’s making it work but when you get told something then it’s like who said that even though they said it lets you feel like you were lied to. When you first move in it's great. Then you start to notice how crazy management is! She will try and charge you for everything. She once tried to charge me for cleaning the hall because there where mud tracks the day after a huge rain storm. Defiantly not a place for you if you enjoy your privacy. Paper thin walls with nosey neighbors.

Is not that bad when the first time u come in ,,,,they have really nice face and talking ...but after u move they gonna start show u how they are acting .....DONT RENT HERE ....BE CAREFUL BEFORE U SIGN THE LEASE...
