not worth the price

The office staff and very friendly and detailed when I toured— but the property itself is really lacking maintenance and upkeep, whoever the owners are need to put more budget into it. It’s by the lake but the lake is private so you can’t access it. Parking is relatively cheap, $10 a month. The renovated interiors are nice but AC is loud. The exterior is very run down and unattractive. For the price they ask for a renovated unit, I would just go live downtown. Their move-in specials and low... income options are VERY good though!
