Washing machine gasket replaced quickly First, I had a problem with the washing machine that the drum was not draining. That was fixed within 48 hours; however, the washing machine gasket was full of black mold that would not come off. I put in another maintenance request after talking with Juan, and he said to ask for a washing machine gasket replacement. I came home today to find Daniel replacing the washing machine gasket & he checked to make sure that the washing machine did not leak. This... was done in less than 24 hours. I appreciate how quickly and correctly the work was done.

Amazing place - pool management Love the facility and the leasing team. Wish the pool would be managed so it’s just for the tenants. High school kids constantly taking up seating and making noise whether during the day or even after pool hours. Doesn’t seem to be managed at all which is unfortunate for those of us who pay a lot for our apartment and amenities.

Short Term Lease Very accommodating with a short term lease. I have enjoyed the last few months so much I’ll be staying longer. Pool is amazing everything super clean and organized. 10/10
