I was scared to move in here based off of the reviews on Google. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, knowing people these days just like to complain about anything. Unfortunately those reviews were pretty on point. Ive had nothing but issues with maintenance and the over all quality of my unit since I've moved in.

My rent increased as quality of life decreases. Continuous construction, amenities that should add value are unstable and an eyesore. The office staff works against residents more than with. Fees for non-provided services abound. Maintenance is impossible and renovations to the property have introduces all new safety concerns. Rent elsewhere. If you like the area there are PLENTY of better places. Don't get suckered by the floorplans.
