Overall, this is a great place to live for the money! No, it's not luxury, and it's not new. But it's charming, with pretty buildings, lots of beautiful trees and shrubs, and each apartment has its own personality. Although there can be some noisy neighbors sometimes, they're always harmless, and I feel very safe here as a single older woman. While the complex is older (late-80's), the new ownership has undertaken a huge exterior renovation project, and is improving the overall feel of the place... dramatically. The leasing office staff are very kind and receptive. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable. The apartment layouts are interesting. The location is great.

The property is old and dilapidated. I see repairs happening but during construction there is no compensation. The rent remains at market value compared to newer, more efficient, safer, properties with functioning amenities.

The community that is being rebuilt since Avana/ Greystar has taken over the property is amazing. There is more community involvement and events to show resident appreciation. They are doing their best to make the property to be at its best potential and it looks great
