They will price you OUT!!!

Lived here several years.
Beware when you call to inquire they will give you todays price and by the time you decide to take the unit the price changes.We took the place because I wanted the kids in a safe space.
My grandkids love the area and school. We just got the new lease renewal the rent is going up $200. A lot of people stuck it out during the pandemic and MANY moved out.Now it’s time for us to goooooo!

Worst Apartments with clueless management

The apartment quality is really poor, bad flooring with loud noise. The new property manager is horrible in communication. I really felt cheated while moving out. If you don't want to loose your hard earned money, avoid this apartment.

not in a million years

Don't live here unless you have no other choice. I moved in to discover filthy, greasy appliances, a disgusting, moldy bathroom, and windows in disrepair beyond belief. Before moving in, I was promised that my torn-up window screens would be replaced. 9 months later, I'm still waiting. The Leasing Agent lied to my face when I asked if the former tenant was a smoker. Now when I take a hot shower, the condensation makes the walls bleed yellow from the years of cigarette smoke. I am far from a… needy tenant, but I expect reasonable response times when it comes to repairs for damage incurred before I even moved in. Only live here as a last resort.

Goodbye to Sleep

ENDLESS CONSTRUCTION and LOUD NOISES. After an entire month of walking up at 7AM to roofers hammering, I now wake up every morning to hammering against my walls. If it's not that, it's someone mowing the lawn once a week at 7AM sharp. If your schedule doesn't already have you up early, get used to a massive loss of sleep. Forget living here if you work second or third shift.

There is zero soundproofing in these apartments. You'll think your place may be haunted, when it's actually just your… neighbor doing the dishes. Every clang of the pots and pans will sound like it's coming from your own kitchen. This has been the worst experience of my life.
