Excellent Staff

The staff at the Oaks are really great and very helpful especially Raheem. I lived at The Oaks last year and planned to live there again for my senior year and Raheem helped me with any questions I have and was very supportive and reassuring with my needs and helped me decided what I wanted to live in. I appreciate it Raheem!

The Oaks

Living at the oaks was definitely a great experience. Not to mention the 24/7 help they offer. When I was locked out of my apartment at 4 am I called the Community assistant, Amanda came to help me immediately. Not only that but the property is super close to uconn which is extremely helpful. I highly recommend living at this property!

Great College housing

Having the Oaks for my housing choice was a great decision. The staff are supportive and the apartments are modern. Their leasing professional, Jenny, is great with helping me solve problems and find the right resources. Great place to live.
