They're mostly looking for people to pay application fees.

They keep posting ads for places they don't have. I think they're just trying to make money off of people applying. First time I called they called me back and said they'd have several units for June. I called back and they said they weren't going to have any this summer. A few weeks later I see a new ad, so i call again and they tell me it's rented. This was a few hours after they posted it. I doubt it got rented that fast. And over the last few days they keep updating their ads for the rented... apartments on all the sites. If they're dishonest with what they have, how are the as landlords?
