How Is This Rating Determined?

Great building/units, but with BIG trade offs you need to know before considering.

The building gets overrun by AirBNB-type renters and their "guests." You end up sharing all the resident spaces (pool, gym, lounges) with people who don't live / pay rent in the building and do not care about how they treat your home.

Management phones it in and when you do need something it takes dozens of emails/group actions by neighbors.

The units are lovely, spacious, modern, and in a great location. But you have to VERY careful and aware of your surroundings and who is trying to... follow you into the building/elevators.
