My most recent lease went active in August. Since initial move-in in 2021, Brandon (Community Manager) has impressed me with his commitment to the resident experience. I commute on two-wheels, and he went above and beyond to help identify appropriate parking and took a genuine interest in the challenges this can pose (I have observed him treating other residents with the same concern and level of attention).
The Maintenance Team is friendly, committed to task, and competent (to include their... response time, which is outstanding). Building Services staff make every effort to maintain high-traffic areas.
I remain convinced that Bell offers excellent value for the money and am very content with the living experience.
